Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely instructions, materials, references, login credentials (if required), and any other information necessary for the successful completion of the project.
Expert Assign Hub shall not be held responsible for any errors, delays, revisions, or dissatisfaction resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the client.
If the client fails to provide the required details and the work is completed based on the information available at the time of assignment, any resulting issues shall remain the responsibility of the client. Additional revisions or modifications arising from missing or changed requirements may be subject to additional charges.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
- A minimum of 50% advance payment is required before work begins.
- The remaining 50% payment must be completed before the final work is delivered.
- Once work has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable.
- If a client cancels the project after work has started, no refund will be issued.
- Any amount paid may be adjusted toward a future assignment at the discretion of Expert Assign Hub.
- No refund shall be provided for completed work delivered according to the requirements initially provided by the client.
