Client Responsibilities
At Expert Assign Hub, we aim to provide high-quality academic assistance and a smooth experience for every client. To help us deliver the best possible results, clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information before the project begins. This includes assignment instructions, university guidelines, marking rubrics, formatting style, reference materials, login credentials (if required), deadlines, and any other relevant details.
We strongly encourage clients to review all project requirements carefully before placing an order. Any missing, incorrect, or unclear information may affect the quality, accuracy, or delivery timeline of the work. Expert Assign Hub cannot be held responsible for issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate instructions provided by the client.
If additional requirements are shared after work has already started, they may be treated as a change in project scope. Depending on the complexity of the requested changes, additional charges and revised delivery timelines may apply. We always inform clients before proceeding with any extra work.
Clients are also responsible for responding promptly to any questions or clarification requests raised by our team during the project. Delayed responses may result in delayed delivery, for which Expert Assign Hub cannot be held liable.
After receiving the completed work, clients should review the files as soon as possible and notify us of any eligible revision requests within the agreed revision period. Timely communication helps us resolve concerns quickly and efficiently.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Our payment policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for both our clients and our team. Before any work begins, a minimum advance payment of 50% is required to confirm the project. The remaining balance must be paid before the final files are delivered.

- ā If a client chooses to cancel the project after work has commenced, refunds will generally not be available for the completed portion of the work.
- ā If cancellation is requested before work begins, any eligible refund may be processed after deducting applicable administrative or payment processing charges.
- ā Completed work delivered according to the original instructions is not eligible for a refund.
- ā If a client fails to complete the remaining payment, Expert Assign Hub reserves the right to withhold delivery until the outstanding balance has been cleared.
- ā In special circumstances, and entirely at our discretion, payments already made may be adjusted toward a future assignment.
Project Delivery
We always strive to deliver projects on or before the agreed deadline. Delivery times are estimated based on the information provided at the time the order is placed. If additional requirements are introduced during the project or the client delays providing necessary information, the delivery schedule may be revised accordingly.
Although we make every reasonable effort to meet deadlines, Expert Assign Hub shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including technical issues, internet outages, payment delays, force majeure events, or delayed client communication.
Revision Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer revisions when the requested changes are based on the original instructions submitted at the time of order placement. Revision requests involving new topics, additional research, major structural changes, or updated assignment requirements may require additional charges.
To ensure timely support, revision requests should be submitted within the revision period communicated during the project. Requests received after that period may not qualify for complimentary revisions.
Intellectual Property
All content, documents, designs, website materials, graphics, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the Expert Assign Hub website remain the property of Expert Assign Hub unless otherwise stated. Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use our website content without prior written permission.
Confidentiality

Limitation of Liability

However, we cannot guarantee specific academic grades, institutional outcomes, or personal results. Our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific project.
Acceptance of Terms
